MaidIT may collect personal information to help you place/ receive cleaning services and to improve MaidITs’ operations. This Privacy Statement explains how CMD Enterprises LLC. (“MaidIt”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles your personal information when you visit or use www.maidit.us or our “MaidIT” mobile application, and any other website or mobile application that links to this Privacy Statement.
By using our Services you consent to the use and sharing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Services, or otherwise provide us with your personal information.

Information We Collect
Information Provided by You
We collect the information you voluntarily give us when you sign up and/or place a cleaning request through MaidIT as a customer. This information includes: your name, your address, your email address, your phone number, and payment information, including credit and/or debit card information and billing address used to complete the purchase transaction, and other information that may identify you. When you add a card payment to your MaidIT account a third-party payments service provider receives your card information. We do not store full payment card information on our servers. If you sign up using a Facebook account, we receive information including your email address and your name. Customers may add multiple addresses to their profile.
Information We Collect
Certain information may also be collected about you and your device(s) automatically when you use our Site and Services. This information may include: Your IP address; information related to the device that used to access our Services; the name of your internet services provider; clickstream data; search terms; domain name of your internet service provider; ratings and reviews of the service you professionals you engage with.
Do Not Track Signals
Our Site does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, Safari allows you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is very important to us. We use this information to help make a better product for you, the user. We use the information in many ways including: Rating and reviewing service professionals; managing payment and services; evaluating job applications; responding to questions and feedback; conducting research analysis, running promotions; communicating with you by email, text message or telephone; scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling services; marketing and advertising MaidIT services and products; contacting you in regards to any changes on the MaidIT platform/ or any policy changes; improving customer service; compliance with the law, including to maintain network and information security. Additionally, where permitted or required by law, we will provide this information to third parties, without your consent, to comply with court orders, subpoenas, or other legal or regulatory requirements.
For all cleaning professionals using the MaidIT mobile application we will collect your geographical location by using a Global Positioning System (GPS) that is sent to us. We only collect (GPS) location information about cleaning professionals who are logged in and actively.

To help us better run MaidIT we use third parties in various ways including:
Social Networking Sites: If you login to the MaidIT platform through a social networking site (Facebook), we may collect your Facebook information for verification purposes. This may include: your name, profile picture, network(s), and/or email address and other information you allow to be imported from Facebook, which is all controlled in your Facebook privacy settings.
Data Analytics: We utilize a third-party service provider (Google Analytics) to track what pages users visit on the site, and what services users request to determine how users use the site and how you interact with the MaidIT platform using information, such as your IP address, browser ID and Device Identifier.
In addition we use a third-party company to run all background checks on our employees. The results from this company www.usafact.com are shared with us and help make hiring decisions. If employees or potential employees have more questions about this process please contact www.usafact.com
Payment processing: To process any billing information, including credit card information you submitted to us we use a third-party provider – www.authorize.net. We may disclose your personal credit/debit card information to the appropriate authorizes in the process of disputed chargers and/or fraud investigation. The hird-party provided is only authorized to utilize your payment information for approved transactions.
Text Messages (SMS): If you call or text (SMS) message a service professional or service requester using the telephone number provided by MaidIT, MaidIT uses Twilio to mask your telephone number. During this process, MaidIT and Twilio receive and store call data, including the date and time of the call or text (SMS) message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the text (SMS) messages.
Through using the MaidIT mobile application you consent and agree to accept and receive text messages, calls, and push notifications to the cellular telephone you have provided for us. Standard text messaging charges applied by your cell phone carrier will apply to text messages we send. You may opt-out of receiving promotional or marketing texts or calls from MaidIT at any time. You may opt-out of receiving all text (SMS) messages from MaidIT (including informational or transactional messages) by replying with the word “STOP” to a text message from us; however you acknowledge that opting out of receiving all texts may impact your use of the Handy Platform or the Services.
Accessing Your Personal Information
Keeping your personal information current helps ensure that we provide you with the best services. One may access and update their personal information via their Account profile. If you decide to stop using our services and platform in deactivating your account, and removing your active profile and data, we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions. We are required to retain records relating to previous purchases through our services for financial reporting and compliance reasons, see below for more information on our opt out policy.
How We Protect Your Data
Your personal information and the security of it is important to use. We have implemented security measures to protect your confidential information from improper use and unauthorized access. To help us better protect your information it is important you protect against unamortized users gaining access to your devices. Be sure to log out and keep all personal information protected from all unwanted users.
MaidIT has implemented physical, administrative and technical security measures to help protect your information. While we take extreme measures to protect you, no security measure is ever perfect. Therefore, MaidIT does not guarantee your personal information is absolutely secure.
Our services are not intended for person(s) under the age of 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from person(s) under the age of 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and thinks one of your children disclosed personal information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
This Site, and all functions and services provided on the Site, are intended for use within the United States.
